Grazing Table Quote
Bookings require a 14-day notice.
Our Grazing tables take 1-3 hours to set up and tables must be out of direct sunlight at all times.
Tables and tableware are provided and will be collected the following day.

We require a 40% deposit for your table booking to be confirmed.
Full payment will be required 2 weeks prior to set-up time.

Clean-up if requested will be at an additional cost of $50.
Travel fees apply for areas outside of the Sunshine Coast
Please be advised that all platters are of good quality produce and subject to what’s in season.
For any dietary requirements please notify us in advance.
We ask that all food scraps are wiped clean from all boards and props and placed back into the container we provide.
We strongly advise Grazing Tables to be consumed within 2hrs from set up time.
Cancelation Policy / Refund Policy
Change of date please let us know at least 12 weeks in advance of your event date.
We will do our best to try and reschedule your date request, but it does depend on availability.
If your event is cancelled:
More than 60 days from the event date you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
Within 14 - 59 days you will receive a 20% refund of your deposit.
Less than 14 Days you will forfeit the full deposit amount.

We price our grazing tables by the number of people.
We suggest platter boxes if you have less than 15 people.

It also depends on the guests including children, how hungry people are,
and the time between the grazing table and the main meal.
