We require 48 hours' notice before the delivery date.

For orders over $700, one week's notice is required

Delivery fee will be calculated at checkout depending on location, $80 - $180

​Minimum order of $200 for delivery,​

Free delivery for orders over $700

​Free local (4574) delivery for orders over $150​

While we strive to deliver at the time you select, we can't always guarantee exact delivery times.

We will contact you promptly if we are unable to deliver at your chosen time.

Kenilworth Grazing and Platters will not leave deliveries unattended, as most orders contain perishable goods.

Unfortunately, we don't offer redelivery for perishable goods, and a refund won’t be issued.

Platters must be REFRIDGERATED ON ARRIVAL, unless consumed on delivery.

PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.

GIFT DELIVERY

If this is a gift, please provide the recipient's contact name and phone number for delivery.

We take pride in delivering surprises, and we will ensure discretion when contacting the recipient if necessary.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN A BOX SERVE?

This varies based on the type and number of boxes, along with any additional food options.

Please check each product for the suggested serving size.

Food Allergies
We would like to advise that we do not cater to food allergies of any kind.

Our menu items may contain ingredients that could trigger allergic reactions,

and we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.

Guests with food allergies should exercise caution when consuming our menu offerings.

REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL ORDERS​

To cancel an order, please send a cancellation notice via email to kenilworthgrazing@gmail.com

  • Orders cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund minus administration fee.

​​

  • Orders cancelled between 14 days and 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a credit note,

this can be used within a 12-month period.

​​

  • Orders cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date will not receive a refund or credit note.

​​

All cancellations will incur a $50.00 administrative fee. Refunds will be issued minus this fee.

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.​​​​
