HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR ORDERS?

We require 48hrs notice before the day of delivery.

DO YOU DELIVER TO CAMPGROUNDS?

Yes, we do! We ask that you meet us at the entrance to the camping grounds on delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?

SUNSHINE COAST REGION 

The standard delivery fee is calculated at checkout within the Sunshine Coast

Free delivery for orders over $500 

Free local (4574) delivery for orders over $80

 

PICK-UP is available from Kenilworth Township. 

(Pick-up details will be advised)

Delivery: We plan to deliver your order within 30min prior to the time you advised

 

We can't always guarantee the exact delivery time however, we will do our very best.

to deliver at the time you advise at checkout.

 

We will be in contact with you asap if we cannot deliver at the requested time.

If you would like guaranteed delivery by a certain time, please contact us at kenilworthgrazing@gmail.com 

 

Kenilworth Grazing and Platters will not leave deliveries unattended, as most orders contain perishable goods.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer redelivery for perishable goods, and a refund won’t be issued.​

 

PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS THERE TO COLLECT THE DELIVERY.

 

If this is a gift, please include the recipient’s contact number in the delivery details.

 

 

Refund / Cancellation Policy for all orders.

 

Cancellation notice must be sent via email to kenilworthgrazing@gmail.com

Orders cancelled more than 5 days prior will receive a full refund.

 

Orders cancelled 5 days or less and up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a credit note to use within a 12-month period.

Orders cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the delivery date will not receive a refund or credit note. 

 

All cancellations incur a $10.00 administrative fee.

Money will be refunded less this fee.

 

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
