Please include the recipient's full name, delivery address and mobile number at checkout. We'll only contact the recipient if required to coordinate delivery and will do our best to keep your surprise intact.

Box Sizes & Serving Guide

Our grazing boxes are available in a range of sizes to suit everything from intimate celebrations to larger gatherings. Serving sizes will vary depending on the occasion and whether your platter is being enjoyed as a light refreshment or a substantial meal. If you're unsure which option is right for your event, we'd be happy to help you choose.

Please check that you have enough space in your refrigerator to accommodate your chosen box size before ordering.

Small ​23cm x 23cm x 6cm

Medium 36cm x 25cm x 8cm

Large 56cm x 25cm x 8cm

If you're concerned about fitting a larger box, please get in touch before placing your order. We may be able to arrange the contents across two smaller boxes (where suitable) to make storage and transport easier.

Dietary Requirements

We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free options on request.

Please note that we do not cater for food allergies or anaphylaxis. While every care is taken when preparing your order, all products are prepared in an environment that handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs and seafood. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.

Food Safety

For the best quality and food safety, platters and boxes should be enjoyed as soon as possible after delivery.

If not consumed immediately, they must be refrigerated on arrival.

​

We recommend consuming refrigerated products within 24 hours.​ Once food has been left unrefrigerated for more than 2 hours, food safety guidelines should be followed.

Changes To Your Order

​If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they cannot be guaranteed once your order has been confirmed or preparation has commenced.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 14 days before delivery are eligible for a refund minus an administration fee of $30.00. Orders cancelled within 14 days of delivery will receive a credit note, while cancellations made within 72 hours of the delivery date are not eligible for a refund or credit. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. We do not provide cash refunds.
