BOX ORDER FAQ

 

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR ORDERS?

We require 48 hours' notice before the day of delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?

SUNSHINE COAST REGION 

A delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.

You can conveniently have your order delivered right to your doorstep.

​

Free delivery for orders over $500

Free local (4574) delivery for orders over $80​

​

We also acknowledge that there might be some areas outside our regular delivery zone that our services cannot reach.

If you happen to fall outside our delivery area, we kindly request that you email us at kenilworthgrazing@gmail.com.

We can't always guarantee the exact delivery time, but we will do our best to deliver at the time you select at checkout.

​

We will contact you immediately if we cannot deliver at your requested time.​

If you would like guaranteed delivery by a specific time, please get in touch with us at kenilworthgrazing@gmail.com

Kenilworth Grazing and Platters will not leave deliveries unattended, as most orders contain perishable goods.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer redelivery for perishable goods, and a refund won’t be issued

*PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.

 

If this is a gift, please provide the recipient's contact number for delivery.

DO YOU DELIVER TO CAMPGROUNDS?

Yes, we do! We ask that you meet us at the entrance to the camping grounds on delivery.

 

PICK-UP

Available from Kenilworth Township.

(Pick-up details will be advised)

 

REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL ORDERS

To cancel an order, please send a cancellation notice via email to kenilworthgrazing@gmail.com.

- Orders cancelled more than 5 days before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.

Orders cancelled between 5 days and 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a credit note,

which can be used within a 12-month period.

- Orders cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date will not receive a refund or credit note.

 

All cancellations will incur a $20.00 administrative fee. Refunds will be issued minus this fee.

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

 

GRAZING TABLE INFORMATION

IS A GRAZING TABLE WORTH IT?

Certainly! If you're seeking a more interactive, visually appealing, and casual food experience, the grazing table is an excellent choice. Additionally, it can be customised to suit various budgets and preferences, making it versatile for multiple occasions

Kenilworth Grazing and Platters strive to provide our clients with a seamless and enjoyable Grazing experience.  

Please note that the table is priced as pre-nibbles.

If you would like the grazing table to be the main and only food option for the event,

we recommend requesting a larger size to ensure enough food for all your guests.

​

We also offer a variety of add-on options. Please contact us for pricing and a complete list of add-ons.

 

Final guest numbers to be advised 2 weeks prior to the date of the event

Bookings Require 14 days’ notice.

​

Set-Up and Location: Our Grazing tables require 1-3 hours to set up.

To maintain the quality of the food, the *TABLE MUST ALWAYS BE OUT OF DIRECT  SUNLIGHT.

Consumption Timeframe: We strongly advise consuming the food within 2 hours of completing the table

to ensure its freshness and quality.

 

Weather Contingency: We recommend having a backup plan in the event of bad weather, including high temperatures.

The table may need to be set up indoors with air conditioning to ensure the food remains fresh and safe for consumption.

Tableware and Collection: Tables and tableware will be provided for your event and will be collected the following day

or at a mutually agreed-upon time.

​

The cost of equipment pick-up is included in the quoted price.

​

Serve ware is included in the price quote: bamboo plates, serviettes, paddle sticks etc.

​

Deposit and Payment: To secure your table booking date, we require a 40% deposit.

Full payment must be made two weeks before the set-up date.

Payment can be made via bank transfer - Details will be provided on the invoice once the quote has been accepted.

Travel Fees: Travel fees may apply to some areas. Please contact us for more information

​

Quality and Availability: Our platters consist of good-quality produce and are subject to availability and seasonal variations.

If you have any dietary requirements, please notify us in advance.

Additional fees may apply to accommodate specific dietary needs.

​

Clean-Up: We kindly ask that all food scraps be wiped clean from the boards and props provided and placed back into the container we supply. Please refrain from washing the boards.

If requested, a clean-up and pack-up service is available at an additional cost.​
