Sunshine Coast Ciders - Delicious Australian Sparkling Cider won gold and best in its class at the Australian Cider awards in Melbourne 2024. Brut+ is a dry sparkling cider, golden in colour with fine, tantalising pearls in your champagne glass and light to drink with 8.5% ABV. It’s a bottle worth opening for a special event or to make your event special. Brut+ is the only Méthode Traditionelle Sparkling Cider made in Queensland. It’s made from fresh Granite Belt apples, which first have been crafted into delicious Cider. This Cider is then transferred into this bottle where it takes 12 months of secondary fermentation to mature. It’s the same method used to make the famous French Champagne.
